Fundraising by the parent committee covers 80% of the squadron's operating budget. Although there is no up-front cost to join cadets, it is expected that all cadet families actively participate in multiple fundraising events each training year. The squadron can not be successful without your help.
The following fundraisers are planned for this training year:
Creekside Flower Baskets Sales - follow this link for new forms http://www.creeksidehomeandgarden.ca/Info/MemberCollectionSheetVoucherProgram.xls
These were wonderful baskets last year and well worth the money!

2019-2020 | Registration Sept 04 and 11th | Fundraising covers a significant part of the operational budget for the local cadet squadron. Things like Hall rental, buses to field trips, office supplies, etc. are all covered by funds raised by your Parent Squadron Sponsoring Committee SSC This year we require Volunteer Bond Cheques as a way of encouraging increased participation in Fundraising activities. 3 undated cheques of $50 and 1 of $25 are required upon your cadet's enrollment this year. Make cheques out to 287 Beaumont Air Cadets SSC |
Monthly Oct-June | Canteen Supervision | The cadets run a canteen (selling pop, chips, etc) at each parade night on Wednesdays. The profits go to the SSC Approx 7:45-8:30pm Wednesdays at CCBCC We need parents to supervise the Cadets, help count the money at the end of the night and ensure it gets to the treasurer. A month's worth of supervision would count as a major volunteer activity. Please call Jan 780-906-1004 for more details. |
